The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I almost always get the appointment time I want. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I was so happy with my appointment! I'll be telling friends and family about this good experience. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.Dr. Doghramji will do anything and everything he can do for his patients well being. He has helped us in so many ways I could not believe it myself, and always with a smile! Nothing is ever too much!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I would recommend Dr. Paul VERY highly to anyone that wants the best family doctor. Believe me, this is the practice to go to if in Collegeville and miles around.
