They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've been with him sence I was 14 years old im now 23. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is a very very understanding Dr & I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Forlano is a very personable, intelligent doctor. He doesn't talk down to you and in my experience, he takes as much time as you need to discuss something. He has a very reasonable approach - isn't surgery/drug happy, but isn't against them, either. I find him to be a very rational, easy going doctor without that pompous, arrogant attitude that makes you dread going to the doctor.
