Dr Pagan is a great Dr. and most of her staff is very helpful and courteous. There is one person in the office that is not a very pleasant person Charles Lyder. He is rude, disrespectful, and not professional at all. He asked me personal questions in front of other patients making me very uncomfortable. I also heard him yelling at the staff. I even heard him cursing. I asked one of the girls working here whats his problem and she just looked at me like she had also had enough but couldnt say. I will not be going back there. I was uncomfortable for them. They are going to lose a lot of patients due to him.
