I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
