My eye exam was extremely unpleasant. I will not be going back there. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there and even cried. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. My exam appointment was over 2.5 hours long and the follow up appointment was over one hour and both were a waste of time. The prescription they wrote me I don't have any confidence in as the office staff wasn't sure what Dr. Brown wrote. They appear to way over book the appointments an have no time to work with you.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
