Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid unnecessary waits.. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.Dr. Strier, saved my sight by finding a dangerous condition and getting me to the best surgeon! I have been with her for so very many years ,and as I am a nurse, I understand the particular use of other trained personnel for baselines. Dr. strier does recheck every item right on her computer, and compares all data for accuracy by her own exam. Thanks for years of excellant care! R Swier RN

NOT RECOMMENDED. I usually get recommendations from friends or reviews from websites. I could find neither, so I checked her resume and it looked very good. I took my child but the entire exam was conducted by her tech, who was very nice, but a tech! Not a trained optometrist. Dr. Strier came in afterwards and checked the back of the eyes and I think the cornea but not the prescription manually with the new lenses. She then had my child look in a machine that guessed the prescription, but she never went back to check the prescription her tech wrote herself. I had to ask her 3 times before she would check it. When I asked why my child missed letters. She said it was normal for his age. She then changed the prescription her tech gave but tried to hide that she did it. I felt so uncomfortable I waited and took him to a Baltimore's Best Eye Doctor. The prescription was way too strong, and she missed his astigmatism in an eye. Unprofessional & very disappointing.
