It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
