Terrible staff they are unprofessional I am not sure where he found them. This doctor is awful and this is represented by his disrespectful staff they should all get fired and never work with patients or people again.

This has to have been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. On my first visit I was pleased that I was given a same-day appointment. I was okay with waiting 2 hours to see the doctor that day because I thought they were offering me a service. However, even on follow-up visits I was not seen until 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I left work early to get there before 5 but wasn't seen until after 7pm. This is not acceptable. Additionally, I never felt like Dr. Jamal was paying serious attention to me when I was there. He didn't reference any of the notes from previous appointments, seemed quite aloof, and asked me if I wanted to go on prescription medication. I would hope that my medical provider would make his own professional judgement about what I should do-- after all that's why I'm paying him. I would not recommend this doctor even if you need someone on short notice.
