As written below... office staff is horrendous!!!

And that reflects on the Dr.......

I had to cancel an appointment the day before and rescheduled for a week later. When I arrived thinking I was 15 minutes early, I was told that I was late for the appointment. (I clearly had the time written on my calendar.) After sitting in his office for about 20 minutes, being told the Dr. was with another patient, the office clerk called me to the window to say that the Dr. would not see me and that I had to reschedule. I expressed that "I was not happy" and rescheduled. Keep in mind, I took time off work to see this guy....
This morning, (the day after), the office called me to say that the Dr. "was not interested in seeing me any longer."
I'm very glad to find out what type of individuals he and his office staff are...
Another observation, no patient left his office while I was waiting, and the Dr. stood out of my site near the reception desk while the rude office staff told me he would not see me that day...
All I can say, he may be a great Dr. (he came highly recommended by a current patient), but with a pompous attitude and VERY RUDE office staff, anybody can find better! He obviously has no regard for the "working stiff" that seeks his help.
