I don't feel they are willing to accept when they make a mistake. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They are unprofessional and rude.
