i have been seeing this Dr for a couple of years now, and he and his staff are very good, i did feel however when i first started seeing him that i would never be able to understand him but Nicole explained everything in detail to me if i could not follow the Dr's vocabulary, he is a little difficult to understand but if your not sure about something please ask the nurse for a better explanation, (dont get me wrong he is a great physician in my book) one thing i felt they went out of their way on was when i first strated i had MEDCO and had probably 3 months worth at a time of meds and evry time i went to see the Dr. of course my meds changed dosage and the nurse always supplied me with way enough which i found this very nice of them (they did not have to do this). cudos and acalades to this Office. well done, and by the way i am still seeing Dr. Zapata every six months. "GREAT OFFICE"

He barely gave me any useful information. He was very rude and did not have any compassion. Even though it states he speaks Spanish he did not want to speak to my mother who only speaks Spanish. When asked why he stated English (which he speaks very badly) is the business language. The nurse in the facility is wonderful she tries hard to make it pleasant for you but he mess it all up. He put me on insulin for several years and when I changed doctors they told me I was resistant and should not have had such a high dosage. My experience was horrible. I don't recommend him at all.
