There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Dr. Dickie is the BEST Dr. I've ever been to. Been diabetic for almost 20 years and he's the only Dr. who takes time, gets to know and understand me and help me deal with all the challenges of diabetes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR DICKIE AS AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST..HE'S THE BEST!!! I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
