I just called here to ask what their hours were for today & the lady who answered said "do you want to make an appt?" and I replied "what time do you close because i live far away" and she said "do you want an appt or not?", i said i think so but i need to know what time you close.. She said call back if you want an appt and just rudely HUNG UP on me!!!!!!!!!!

I called here to find out that the receptionist was far from professional. I asked if they accepting new patients and she said, "not today." I then asked if they were accepting new patients sometime and she said yes. I asked if they accepted my insurance and she said I'd have to call my insurance and that my appointment copay would be $90 !! She then said, "you don't want the appointment do you? Goodbye." And then she hung up on me! I am shocked by the lack of professionalism. She sounded bored and irritated that I had called.
