Extremely rude office manager. Sent me to collections without notifying me that medicare had (erroneously) denied my claim for skin cancer. Would not set up a recommended follow up appointment unless I paid cash up front. I had to do all the leg work with medicare and had to contact the office several times to get them to send the correct information so the claim could be correctly billed. Completely incompetent staff.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor seems to know his stuff, however, he did not wait for the pain medication to kick in before performing a biopsy. Painful understates how it felt. He apologized, but I would have rather he have more empathy and compassion in the first place. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
