Had a problem with skin color loss so I called his office twice to confirm if Dr. John M Yarborough takes my Humana HMO Coverage. It was confirmed twice that he did. So I arrive and fill out the extensive yet necessary paperwork. Well, I wait exactly ONE HOUR AND 13 MINUTES before being called up by the not so good doctor. I get to the small crammed room and wait ten more minutes for the not so good John M Yarborough to see me. As I still wait patiently, two of his not so cordial staff members come to see what brings me in. After ten minutes, the doctor's nurse comes in and says that the not so good John M Yarborough doesnt take Humana HMO coverage. Adding insult to injury, John M Yarborough comes in 10 seconds after and repeats the same thing. For god sakes, after confirming and reconfirming my insurance coverage with this staff, John M Yarborough has the audacity to look me in the face and tells me he can't see me. I was floored by his indecency and worst of it, the co-pay is just $20 dollars less than what he normally charges. Such human indecency, greed and callousness I have never seen by a doctor.


After I left, called his office to voice my opinion and I all I got was, "You're absolutely right" by his nurse. This confirms that staff members know of serious disorder with in this office. Its just sad! Scares me to think what this doctor would do if someone was in dire need of medicial help. Want a tip, dont see this doctor. Save your time (alot of time) money, and most importantly, health!
