I have been going here for skin cancer checks and also have had a skin cancer removed (an actual melanoma, discovered by their staff in an early stage during a regular check up) as well as the "freezing" technique for other smaller non melanoma skin cancers. they are very nice and thorough, I have not used this office or any other (yet) for cosmetic services, though they seem to offer the full range of that. No one pushes it on you or even suggests it, the literature is there though, if you're curious.

I agree with the person who had trouble with the schedulers. Calling this office is not a fun experience. You can stay on hold for a long time and I think a lot of that is outsourced. They need real people in their office staff, they seem to have cut back and why? It's not worth it, if I were a new patient I'd never have gone through staying on hold and listening to a cliched recording. It's only because I already like these doctors that I put up with it.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They need to hire efficient receptionist i reschedule an appointment who ever answers the phone never made the change I got charge for a miss appointment I show up for the new appointment date I didn't have an appointment drove from Washington, DC to Greenbelt, MD and i didn't have an appointment but jet they charge me a $25 dollars they have very irresponsible schedulers.
