I have been a patient of Dr Semler for almost 10 years. He is absolutely brilliant and devoted to his patients. However, his front desk personnel
are extremely rude and nasty. I honestly do not know how he has any patients left. When he was in the Sterling location, his front desk crew came across as tolerable. And the Lansdowne location front staff can seem nice but just the smallest thing will set them off! Ridiculous!! Dr Semler does have a male nurse who is quite professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Please wake up, Dr Semler, before your front desk employees ruin your practice!! It is not just me as several members of my family & three friends
feel the same way about your office staff!! I would write you a letter instead of posting online but am sure you would never receive it!! You won't return my call, that's for sure!!
