Dr. Baeuerle is the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever dealt with. The first time I met her, I was not impressed at all with her bed side manner. Months later, my first impression of her was right on the money. I had always thought that Dr. Baeuerle is was way too aggressive, but she is the Doctor right. Well, when my wife and I made a decision not to perform a certain procedure on one of my children, Dr. Baeuerle had the nerve to call my wife and tell her that her husband is ignorant and questioned what kind of parents we are. UNPROFESSIONAL.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, never have been and I have been going to her a long time. I usually do not feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The office is cold and there are annoying signs all over saying DO NOT TOUCH!!!!!! There are only office hours during the day - never early - never in the evening and never on wekends which makes it difficult if you work. If you have an emergency, they are usually never willing to fit you in. There is always a long wait -- sometimes like over an hour. I guess her time is more important than mine. If you miss an appointment, you will be sure to get a bill in the mail. Any missed appointment is charged regardless of the load they put on their schedule. The doctor is rude at times but you have to be insistant with her to take care of your needs. She does want patients that are ina nd out -- as a person she is very nice -- as a doctor, she is not warm at all.
