Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I was really worried about the old-looking equipment here. Everything seemed extremely outdated. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
