I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.
