They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I noticed that this business is handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but that was not the case here.
