He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. He always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. He would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. He makes an extra effort to get to know his patients and find out what they need. He always remembers me and makes me feel very important.
