They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am impressed with the respect shown by the staff and all visiting technicians who are conducting tests and screening in the office. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices. Dr. Hernandez is a very competent and sought out doctor, so I can surely understand the wait time in light of all the satisfied patients who are also there for an appointment.. The staff and the doctor always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to my questions or concerns. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Dr. Hernandez performed a heart catheterization on me and has been the only doctor I have been to who was able to detect and diagnose and treat the source of my chronic irregular heartbeat. I highly respect and recommend Dr. Hernandez.
