They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
