Education Scott W. Dower attended 4 years at San Jose State University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1972. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Biology from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Glendale, California in 1976.
Training To become a chiropractor one must complete over 4800 classroom hours and pass 5 days of rigorous National Board exams (oral, written and hands-on practical testing) in the sciences, including x-ray and physical therapy prior to earning licensure in the state of California.
Affiliations Valley Acupuncture is a clinic reaching out to the community through education and care. We work closely with other health care providers to insure optimum health care. The clinic treats both acute and chronic diseases.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth.

I have been with Dr. Dower for over 22 years. He is professional, enthusiastic, loves his job and will go the extra mile for his patients. Hands down recommend Dr. Dower
