Warren Marranca joined UBNS in September 2014 in line with the opening of the new UBNS integrated brain and spine facility in Orchard Park. He received his training at New York Chiropractic College, where he specialized in management of complex spinal conditions and took special interest in functional spinal rehabilitation, core stabilization and clinical nutrition.

Professionally, Dr. Marranca has over 12 years of hands-on clinical experience and expertise. He has owned and operated his own practice in both San Diego, California, and Williamsville, New York. He is licensed in New York State and is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Marranca has extensive postgraduate training and is proficient in flexion-distraction decompression, Diversified Chiropractic Adjusting, Soft tissue techniques such as PNF, Graston and MRT and has CCE accreditation through the New York Chiropractic College in performing manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) procedures. He is also proficient with chiropractic rehabilitative protocols as well as physiotherapy modalities such as electric stimulation (interferential) and ultrasound. Presently, he is studying for his diplomat in chiropractic neurology and is a participating member in the New York State Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
