About

Robert Monk, DC

I use gentle massage and chiropractic techniques to reduce pain and spasm. I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy, a massage technique which focuses on problem areas of tension and pain. I also use hand massage therapy to help people with arthritic hand pain, trigger finger, tingling, and numbness. I accept most insurance plans.

New patients are generally seen the same day.
I practice Sacro-Occipital Technique (similar to Cranio-Sacral Technique), a gentle means of providing balance in the body in terms of muscle pain and tension.

I am also certified in treating TMD (TemporoMandibular Dysfunction). Does your jaw click, lock, or give you pain? Do you wake up in the morning with frequent headaches and tension?

Services My job is to help people do what they need to do, not stop them them from it. Many of my people live in fear of

lifting their children, working, exercising, gardening. I have 26 years experience helping people with

restoring their confidence in their bodies.
Many people have concerns that chiropractors will "crack" their necks and harm them. I am VERY resourceful. I

am a master at using soft, gentle, massage-like techniques to help you without making you uncomfortable.

The man is nothing short of brilliant. Trained in massage as well as chiropractic, he is generally able to far more gently than his peers produce the desired results. He is able to readily adjust the outer extremities (the bones in the hands and feet when needed), and is noted for his skill in diagnosing and treating TMJ. If you are in pain, before you medicate or see an orthopedist, see Dr. Rob first!
