After two (2) visits, I have not been able to contact her.

I had a third appointment, she wasn't in her office - door was locked; didn't answer her phone, and didn't respond to email.

Really a disappointment because I have to travel almost two (2) hours to come into St. Louis.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
