They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. One thing that's been so annoying about Michelle R. Miller, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. As a ordained pastor, I can authoritatively say the Dr. Miller incorporates a very rigid view of the Christian faith into her counseling. She would be better suited to teaching in the Victorian Era of England, than modern day america. She is very rigid in her beliefs and it comes out in her therapy.

I had to wait for a little while.

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
