During my appointments, their attention is always completely on me. They always listen very intently, and have never done anything to make me feel like they weren't paying attention or didn't care. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They've always been on time for my appointments. They've never kept me waiting.

I was a little disappointed with how flexible their appointment times were. They try to work with my schedule somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment time that works for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They need a much bigger selection of waiting room magazines. I know it seems like a silly thing to pick at, but having good magazines to read always makes the time go by so much faster. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
