Making a correct diagnosis is a strength I developed from working on inpatient psychiatric units, with both adolescents and adults. As a cognitive behavioral therapist,and Supervisor certified by the Albert Ellis Institute, I use evidence based interventions that get clients feeling better quickly. My style is genuine, supportive, empathic and directive. Unless someone has experienced trauma, there is often little need to delve into one's past, as current thinking and behaviors maintain most dysfunction in life. My training is in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy through the Albert Ellis Institute, as well as with experts in the area of anxiety disorders. My clients are often pleasantly suprised by the quick positive results they are able to experience, if they choose to engage in the process.

Lili is one of the best in her field. If your willing to do the work she assigns & are committed to treatment she is truly one of very few qualified CBT therapists in the area. She has trained with the best minds in her field & has experience treating adults as well as children. She received her training from the Albert Ellis Institute if you don’t know what that is google it you’ll see! She does accept some insurance, regardless if she’s in your insurance network or not DO NOT hesitate to make an appointment her rates per session are affordable, very reasonable & the service she provided was priceless! I was paying a therapist in NYC $400 per session & continued to do so for years! We had great conversations & I faithfully returned every month for 4 + years, but after all that time & money he did nothing to actually help me with my OCD & anxiety! It wasn’t until I found Lili that my life truly changed!
