They definitely didn't give me helpful advice. The lack of advice I was given made my marriage much worse. I wish I had never gone. I can't say I would recommend getting counseling here based on my experience. I have never experienced less real Christian advice in my life than after my session with this counselor. It was so unhelpful and I would have been better off just talking to myself,which is how I felt with this guy.. The staff is just plain rude.He is always booked solid,poor people.You are better off talking to your Pastor.

I was extemely disappointed with this counselor. Having had a great counselor in the past, I was very dismayed at how Dr. Froehlich behaved. His counseling actually caused more harm to our marriage then good, and he seemed more concerned about following a script from a marriage manual published that I could have purchased, then helping us overcome our marital issues. Sadly, our marriage has ended, partially because the one shot we had at counseling (my spouse does not believe in counseling and didn't want to go to begin with) was wasted with this counselor. I would not return to this counselor for any reason.
