Tues & Thrus.- 6:30PM
Wed. Eve., Bainbridge Is- 7:45PM

Regular Class Practice: Yin yoga warm-up then yang poses including the 14 standard poses and balancing, easy inversions. Empasis on breathing and self-awareness. Ends with a short meditation. (Specialty classes also scheduled.)

Insructor Experience: 2000+ hrs. of teaching exp.
Familiar with ashtanga, Yin, Kripalu, Iyengar, Bikram and Raja yoga styles.

Call (360) 638-2530 for current fee schedule. No one is turned away for financial reasons.

Current Student Profile: 24 to 67 years of age. In reasonably good physical condition and improving! Time in practice here 3mos. to 6 yrs.

He made the extra effort to make sure every question I had was answered. He didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Michael was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. He never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. He was able to customize the instruction to help those with injuries a little bit, and he did it without disrupting the rest of the class. Good 'classic' class--
