Lorean has been practicing yoga for 17 years. Her teaching and personal practice has created an unfolding of spirit through self-realization and devotion to her yoga practice. My flow is both of a Hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga background. Under candle light we practice in healing spirit and movement of the soul. As a beginner, I started taking classes with Lorean at the Hinge in Port Richmond. She gives positive reinforcement with only minor adjustments. My flexibility has improved as well as keeping some arthritis pain away. Lorean's new studio is peaceful and warm. I will try to fit in going to the Open Center often.

This is a great place to practice yoga. The studio just opened recently, and I was so happy to find it and take the Saturday morning class. The teacher(and owner) taught a very good hatha yoga session, and the atmosphere and vibe is so peaceful and warm and comfortable, I will definitely go back. The prices are reasonable too at $13.00 per class! (most places are charging up to $20.00 for a walk-in). Various classes are offered throughout the week at various times, and I find that very convenient as I have a changing schedule. I would highly recommend this studio!
