This is a new studio dedicated not to one style of yoga, but to great teachers teaching what they love! They have all different types, from Core Strength Vinyasa [fiery, power yoga] to restorative. Their Chinese Yoga class is taught by a Pa Kua martial arts master, and pre and post natal by the woman who wrote Buddha Baby.

Plus, it's clean--they wash their mats every day, and the floors are bamboo. Add to it that they are right by Union Square, and it's $25 for a week's unlimited yoga [beginners only] or $99 a month unlimited for the rest of us, and it's quite the sweet deal.
