This was an excellent way to prepare for having a baby! Ann Israel is a great yoga teacher and she really cares about all the women in her class. I can't say enough positive things, her knowledge and warmth was so appreciated and the yoga was pretty awesome too! Challenging but gentle and paced right for pregnant women. It was great to have the opportunity to meet other new moms during class. Highly recommend!
