We offer small Svaroopa-style yoga classes, with no more than 7 students in any class. In these semi-private classes you will receive one-on-one attention in each and every pose to ensure proper alignment for the maximum benefits. This style of yoga is suitable for every body type and skill level. Mary Beth Lewis is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 6oo hours of training. She loves working with people and sharing the inner opening you get through yoga.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Mary Beth's primary concern is my safety and comfort, and she always takes the time to address every concern of mine immediately - sometimes offering substitute poses when I am not able to move easily into a new pose. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
