When a client comes to me, I evaluate him/her to determine which technique(s) I will use in order to best relieve the effects of stress and chronic pain in my clients. I often incorporate stretches, deep tissue and myofascial techniques into the massages which helps to expand the benefits that massage can do and provide more lasting relief of muscle tension.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, & Certified Nutritional Consultant. I've trained and studied internationally in India, Thailand and Costa Rica, as well as in the US.
