I have been to this studio a quite a few times now and it just keeps getting better. I started coming here after a bicycle accident and since then I have not had to do any other therapy for my broken knees or back. This 90 minute workout will change your life like it did mine. Workout fingers to toes your entire body sweating out all the toxins in the process. I drag all my friends here and all have absolutely loved what this workout and studio has positively affected their lives like mine. Bikram hot yoga Tempe has one of the most state of the art studios I have ever been to and all the teachers have been trained by Bikram himself! Where you practice does matter and I think you will like it too! I recommend it to anyone! (they even have discounts and specials for newbies:)
