I was referred to Dr. Rosen for a dental implant and must admit that I was horrified at the thought of it all, but I could not have asked for a better doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been practicing for years. The entire staff, including the doctor, was very courteous and expressed a genuine interest in who I was outside of the office. They take time to get to know their patients and I feel that is extremely important. Dr. Rosen answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and I was even amazed when he called me that night after the tooth was pulled to see how I was feeling. I have never had that happen! He followed the same procedure when I had the implant and because of this great experience I would refer anyone to his office. I had minimal pain, no swelling, and I think it’s safe to say this is because Dr. Rosen makes sure he does everything right the first time. As for my check-up appointments, I never had to wait any more than two minutes to get in the chair and was out and back to work in no time. The office space was neat and clean and provided my ride great reading material while they waited for me to get my surgery done. Overall, it was a great experience.
