NEVER take your child to see Dr. Dandashi. He is rude and seems to enjoy hurting children. He is not patient with children and honestly I have no idea why this person specializes in children as I'm pretty sure he really really doesn't like children. He yells at children to "SIT STILL" and to open their mouths. Refused to numb children properly before procedures and then screams at them when they cry out with pain. And then when the mother says something about it he seems to enjoy shoving a needle in their mouth to numb them as revenge for being such a pain to him.

Also, second opinions at other dentists show that he is totally absorbed in making money off of patients when he doesn't have to. He recommends procedures and hospitalizations when they are not necessary. All this dentist sees when he sees your child in the chair is extra money coming in from the insurance company.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
