It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
