Hello, My name is Dr. Tim Runco and I would like to personally welcome you to the new Pittsburgh Dental Spa located in Robinson Township. The new facility is located in the shopping strip called "Robinson Court" overlooking The Robinson Mall. Pittsburgh Dental Spa sits between UPMC Urgent Care and Niko's Coffee. There is an Eat N Park restaurant right across the parking lot on Steubenville Pike. It is conveniently located right off the Parkway West.
The compassionate staff welcomes anxious, nervous, and frightened patients. At Pittsburgh Dental Spa, we aim to create an environment that is relaxing and comfortable. We cater to our patients by featuring a wide range of spa amenities. Spa features include: Dental Massage Chairs for Ultimate Comfort and Ease, Mounted Ceiling Flat Screen Televisions, XM Radio with Headphones, Hand Paraffin Wax Treatments, Lip Balm, Warm Scented Neck Rolls, Blankets and Pillows, Aromatherapy Candles, and Eye Pillows.
In an effort to make you dental appointments as relaxing as possible, we also offer a "relaxation room" that can be used by any patient before or after treatment. In this room you will find a comfortable reclining chair, relaxing sounds, soft light, and fragrance. The relaxation room is particularly beneficial for sedation patients.
Another patient comfort is "The State of the Art Panorex" that allows us to take routine dental xrays (bitewing & periapical radiographs) outside of the mouth. This makes taking routine xrays very easy and pain-free for every patient, especially ones with a strong gag reflex.
The most valuable amenity at Pittsburgh Dental Spa is the compassionate, experienced, and talented staff that I have hand picked from over my twenty years practicing dentistry in the Pittsburgh area.
