We do not practice assembly line dentistry. We do not believe in treating our patients as numbers. Instead, the primary goal of Dr. Kinga and her friendly and very knowledgeable staff is to establish a solid relationship with each person by treating him or her as an individual whose business we value and appreciate.
We understand it is difficult for you to take time off from work to visit the dentist. For your convenience, we are open in the evenings. If you have a true emergency, you will be seen the same day. Also, we pride ourselves in not keeping you waiting for your appointment. We space appointments properly.
During your first visit, Dr. Kinga will perform a comprehensive exam. Next, we generally take the necessary x-rays (with our digital x-ray equipment that uses up to 90% less radiation). If needed, Dr. Kinga will use our intraoral camera to let you see all areas of concern.
Then, we will not simply inform you about the treatment needed and our fees Unlike many other dentists, Dr. Kinga will personally present to you all treatment options suitable for you and she will discuss all financial and insurance aspects of the proposed treatment plan. Once you are familiar with all the options, it will be up to you to decide which one to choose. We will talk WITH YOU, NOT TO YOU.
We will not pressure you to accept a treatment plan with which you are not financially comfortable. Neither will we tell you that if only you get a certain set of veneers or a crown, you will land a leading role in the new Hollywood flick. Instead, Dr. Kinga will sit down with you and present all possible treatment options. After you and the doctor have discussed all the pros and cons of each scenario, it will be up to you to decide which path to take.
When you, our patient, need a crown, a bridge, an implant or a denture, we always choose one of the best American laboratories to do the work. There is no room for compromise none of our lab work is outsourced overseas.
Infection control is of utmost importance to us. That is why we clean and disinfect rooms between patients and use the state-of-the-art Statim autoclave to sterilize instruments.
And the small stuff In our reception area you will not be stuck with an issue of Curling Digest that is two years old. Our magazines are up to date and actually interesting. You will also be able to use wireless WiFi. When on a dental chair, we will give you video glasses to enjoy one of 150 channels of satellite TV, or you are welcome to bring your own portable DVD player, iPod, iPhone or iSomething Else
