I am understanding of how difficult health care is. Therefore, I would not be posting this review if I wasn't appalled by my experience and how I was treated.
The staff at Dr. Daniel Harper's office, a periodontist in Eugene, were disrespectful, belittling, and was quick to blame the patient for their own lack of communication. Not once did they ever apologize or show any concern. They are clearly more concerned with getting paid than caring for their patients.
I am hoping through this post no-one else will be victimized and avoid this whole mess.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
