I went to this dentist for a number of years but stopped because the dental hygienist engaged in behavior that could be described as bullying when I didn't want X-rays every year. Given published studies showing possible increased risk of brain cancer and the fact I had no symptoms of dental problems, I wanted less frequent X-rays. The dental hygienist said she wouldn't clean my teeth, unless I had X-rays, even though I had X-rays the previous year. I wish they would respect their patients' wishes and not force unwanted medical tests.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.
