They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Office always seem overbooked and dentist is frequently late back from the lunch hour. My daughter's 5 minutes check often ends up taking 90 minutes of my time because the office is so overbooked

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
