Dr. Ford is one of the most Gentle Dentist I've had all my life. He's extremely educated, professional and is never late for your appointment. He provides free parking and always gives you a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss gift bag. He's awesome.

I heard Dr. Ford verbally abusing his staff during my wait in the office. The yelling and profanity shocked me and made me extremely uncomfortable. Not only that, but during my actual exam, his professionalism lapsed a bit and he began speaking about personal matters that, frankly, I didn't want to know. I was still having issues with the tooth and decided to go to another dentist, only to find that the tooth had many issues (which I saw myself with an xray) that Dr. Ford had ignored. I used to only recommend Dr. Ford, but at this point I believe I might be searching for a new dentist. I'm sad to see how things have changed.
