They were knowledgable and the wait was not bad. However, when I submitted my claim, I was given the wrong tax id number so my claim was denied. I called the office to tell them of my problem and that Delta had requested they call or fax the correct tax id number. They refused, gave me the same incorrect tax id number and told me to call Delta. Delta will not accept it from me over the phone, they require it be faxed on a claim form. The Affordable denture office insisted it is the correct number, so I get no reimbursement whatsoever.
