Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.
The doc always had good recommendation about any restorations needed. He did not try to sign me for services I did not need. I came to him from another office where I was recommended all these crowns and the doc said i did not need them. And he was right, few years later my teeth are still strong without any crowns.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had the same cavity filled twice due to Dr. Joseph's error, and now am having issues still and will be going to another dentist. they ignored my request for my records to be transferred and I had to go out of my way a week after the request to hand pick up the records, when nobody even acknowledged my request in the previous week. I was not impressed with the politeness of staff on the phone, and the doctor was somewhat aggressive and curt in his patient care. Not impressed, and going somewhere else immediately. Only plus was that their lobby was very clean.
